Description: Maine Healthy Beaches Program joins us to discuss the monitoring of water quality and public health at Maine's coastal and inland/town beaches. Maine Healthy Beaches is a collaboration between Maine's Department of Environmental Protection and local municipalities/state parks. Topics also include notification of residents when public health risks exist, and how to educate the public and visitors. Time for your questions
