The Maine Immunization Program requires that all enrolled providers complete the Maine Immunization Program Education Quiz below on an annual basis. This is required for both the primary and secondary vaccine coordinators.
Any NEW vaccine coordinators MUST also complete the Maine Immunization Program Education Training.
