Amateur Radio Technician Class

This two-day expedited course will go over every question in the amateur radio Technician class question pool (412 total). Each sub-element will be broken up into groups and have one question from each group. For example, Operating Procedures has 36 questions, but only 3 questions are drawn from the total amount (one for each of the 3 groups). At the end of class, students will take a 35-question multiple-choice exam to earn their Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Amateur Radio license. The ten sub-element topics will include: Commission’s Rules, Radio wave Propagation, Amateur Radio Practices, Electrical Principles, Electronic and Electrical Components, Practical Circuits, Signals and Emissions, Antennas and Feed Lines, and Safety. The cost for the test will be $15.00.
