- On 8 ½” x 11” white paper
- Written or printed in black or dark blue ink.

Calling a Resident
LCYDC has outgoing telephones available in every housing area. We do not accept incoming phone calls for residents. Residents are allowed to call only persons who are on their approved call list. If you have an emergency which we can verify with local public safety officials, the Social Worker is your contact person during business hours. If after normal business hours, ask to speak with the Facility Operations Supervisor. Our phone number for non-visit related business is 207-822-2600.
