What is Project-Based Learning

The What is Project-Based Learning module will help to describe the differences between projects and project-based learning. The materials support shifting from having students complete projects after the learning has taken place to helping students learn through the project, providing opportunity for ownership, voice and choice, and deepening understanding of the concepts they are exploring through the project-based learning opportunity. Project-Based learning supports interdisciplinary learning and the development of 21st Century Competencies for our students.
