The on-going filing requirements for changes and updates to Officers, Directors, and Key Managerial Personnel of a Maine licensed company are as follows:
FOREIGN INSURERS
Foreign companies are not required to notify the Maine Bureau (or to file Biographical Affidavits) of changes or additions to Directors, Officers, and Key Managerial Personnel, as long as the Company has filed the changes with its domiciliary state.
DOMESTIC COMPANIES
Domestic companies are required to promptly notify the Financial Analysis Division of any change in Directors, Officers, and Key Managerial Personnel and to promptly file an NAIC Biographical Affidavit for any new Director, Officer, or Key Managerial Personnel.
