Use the list below as a starting point and to inspire ideas. Feel free to substitute with whatever activity you like such as jogging in place, biceps curls, jumping jacks, walking up and down stairs, pushups, situps, planks, high knees, etc.) The goal is to be active for 5 minutes a day.
