Ryan Keith, Program Manager/Health Coach - Augusta HQ, Midcoast Region and Southern Region

Ryan Keith.

Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in Applied Exercise Science from the University of New England and a master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island. He has worked as a fitness coach, adjunct professor, and fitness club manager. Ryan also served as a research coordinator, working in the field of childhood obesity prevention through fitness and nutrition. He has worked with individuals of varied ages, backgrounds, and abilities. When Ryans not at work, you can find him enjoying the Maine outdoors with his wife and Great Dane.

Fun Fact: Ryan is a die-hard Patriots fan.

Trish Hanley-Goodwin - Augusta HQ

Trish Hanley-Goodwin.

Trish Hanley-Goodwin is the Training Manager for OMC Health Coaches and has been in the health & fitness field for 30 years. She has a Master's degree in Exercise Science through George Mason University and the University of Maine. Trish is also a long-standing ACE Certified Personal Trainer and holds several other group exercise certifications. She loves to inspire people to move in ways that matter and make the most of their workouts, through her personal training relationships and “signature” group fitness classes. Trish lives in Wayne, Maine with her daughter Ally and dogs Bella and Pia, where she leads an active outdoor lifestyle that embraces the seasonal changes.

Fun Fact: Trish has two favorite snacks, green grapes and dried figs.

Cyndi Kimball - Northern Region

Cyndi Kimball.

Cyndi Kimball is the MaineDOT health coach for the Northern Region. She holds a BS degree in Human Services/Home Economics from Keene State College, and a graduate certificate in Environmental Management from Tufts University. After serving in the U.S. Coast Guard and raising a family, she decided she wanted to be a health coach “when she grows up.” Cyndi holds health and wellness coaching certifications from Real Balance Global Wellness and the American Council on Exercise. Cyndi’s wellness journey began with a workplace challenge that led her to rediscover her passion for swimming. She is a certified swim instructor through the American Red Cross and YMCA, and is currently teaching lessons part time with the Presque Isle Recreation Department.

Fun Fact: Cyndi is an open water swimmer and aspires to swim the 20 Bridges in Manhattan.

Tricia Robinson - Eastern and Western Region

Tricia Robinson.

Tricia has been in the health coaching profession for 15 years. She graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington in 2005 with a degree in Community Health and Wellness, and a minor in nutrition. For the past few months, Tricia has taken a step back from health coaching to focus on her family. She truly understands the stress of trying to balance a busy career and family life. Tricia enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, hiking and reading. She is excited to be your health coach and to assist you with setting and reaching your goals!

Fun Fact: Tricia is a certified Zumba instructor.

Tonya Sapiel - Region 4 and Ferry Service

Tonya Sapiel

Tonya has worked in the wellness field in a variety of settings for over a decade. She holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education from the University of Maine. She is also currently working toward becoming a Certified Fitness and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She previously created a workplace wellness program from the ground up for a previous employer. She is truly passionate about giving people the tools they need to reach their health and wellness goals. Tonya enjoys spending quiet time at home with her family, reading, and engaging in creative activities like painting, crochet, and cross stitch. She also occasionally participates in Tough Mudder events.

Fun Fact: Tonya teaches English as a Second Language.
