Section 31, FY27 rate letters are available on the secure Health PAS online portal.  

MaineCare continues to review and ensure, in accordance with federal requirements, that FQHC Alternative Payment Method (APM) rates exceed their Prospective Payment System (PPS) rates and that no adjustments are federally required.
