Enroll with MaineCare

Ensuring members have equitable access to comprehensive dental care is a MaineCare priority. We are seeking dental and oral health professional to enroll with MaineCare to help improve appointment availability, decrease travel burdens for rural patients, and support earlier intervention.

See the Enrollment & Revalidation webpage for information about enrolling with MaineCare including rationale to enroll, an overview about the steps to enroll, enrollment requirements, and more.

Current Dental Rates

See the Section 25 Fee Schedule for MaineCare's current rates.

Services for Children and Youth

MaineCare's Early and Periodic Screening Diagnosis & Treatment (EPSDT) program allows children and youth under age 21 to receive medically necessary services or equipment that are not typically covered in the MaineCare Benefits Manual (MBM) due to limits on the type, frequency, or duration of the service. For more information about EPSDT, see the VitalCare for Kids (EPSDT) Provider Fact Sheet (PDF) or visit MaineCare's Children's Services webpage.
