School Health-Related Services: Recommended Draft Rates, Presented Materials, and Comment Deadline
On October 9, 2026, MaineCare held an online public meeting to present recommended draft rates and assumptions along with detailed rate exhibits for school health-related services. The PowerPoint presentation and video recording of the meeting are available on our MaineCare Rate System Reform webpage.
As providers and other interested parties, your feedback is important. We encourage your participation. The Department will accept written comments on these recommendations through the deadline of October 23, 2026. Please submit comments directly to our vendor Milliman Inc.
The Department will summarize all comments and include an explanation of whether and how we incorporated the feedback into the final rate determination.
