REMINDER: Behavioral Health and Targeted Case Management Supplemental Payment Reporting Due by December 8, 2023


IMPORTANT – Any provider who received $5,000 or more in supplemental payments must complete the reporting by December 8, 2023. Failure to submit the required report will result in Department action to recoup the supplemental payments. 

This communication is a follow-up to our   August 1, 2023 communication, e-message regarding Behavioral Health and Targeted Case Management supplemental payments for providers of: 

  • Section 13, Targeted Case Management
  • Section 17, Community Support Services, Assertive Community Treatment
  • Section 65, Behavioral Health Services, Outpatient Therapy and Home and Community- Based Treatment 

This e-message is to remind you that the Department reporting form is live for providers to fulfill their reporting requirements for these payments. If you have not reported by close of business on December 8, 2023, MaineCare will begin steps to pursue recoupment of payments.

  • Providers who have received at least $5,000 or more under these supplemental payments need to complete the reporting form by close of business on December 8, 2023; provider names are pre-populated in the reporting form.
  • Providers who received less than $5,000 do not need to complete this reporting.
