Quarterly Physician Drug Code and Rate Update: Quarter 2, CR 140179

Effective April 1, 2026, MaineCare made updates to physician drug rates in alignment with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) quarterly rate update. These new rates were implemented for billing on June 24, 2026.

You can find the updated rates on the Rate Setting page of the Health PAS Online Portal. 

Adjustment of Claims for Dates of Service April 1, 2026, through June 23, 2026

We will reprocess paid claims submitted at or above the new rates. No provider action is needed.
