New Compliance Report Available to Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Providers, CR 117048

Two new reporting options are available in the Sandata Portal. These reports will assist Agencies to meet their goal to have as many auto-verified visits as possible. The report data will assist Agencies to: 

• Reduce the number of visits that require manual updating,  

• Improve the quality of the visit record, and  

• Minimize any additional work for visit maintenance that an Agency must perform.   

These new tools can be found under Reports in the Sandata Portal.     

     Auto Verification Report Detail  

• Displays all visits within the selected date range and shows the visit status; how the visit is confirmed (manually or automatically); and if the visit has any manual updates to the record.   

• Allows Users to view visits in detail and monitor trends with manual updates being made to visit records.     

     Auto Verification Report Summary   

• Provides auto-verification statistics for the Provider Agency.   

• Allows Users to view the number of automatically verified visits vs. manually verified visits for their Agency.
