MaineCare Special Benefit Waiver Program for People Living with HIV/AIDS
People living with HIV/AIDS whose income exceeds MaineCare’s financial eligibility requirements may qualify for the HIV/AIDS Special Benefit Waiver program. To qualify, an individual’s income can be at or below $3,325 a month, (250% of the Federal Poverty Level in 2026).
