MaineCare Rate Reform Expert Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) Consultation: Draft CY2026 Rate Determination Schedule Presented Materials and Proposed Schedule
On November 14, 2025, the Office of MaineCare Services held the Annual Draft Rate Determination Schedule Consultation with the TAP which was open to the public. Please see the recording of the presentation to the TAP, in addition to the presented materials on our Rate System Reform webpage.
The proposed schedule is available for public review. We encourage interested parties to review the presented materials for additional context and rationale pertaining to the proposed schedule.

Pursuant to Rate Reform law, once the Department has considered all comments, the final rate determination schedule will be posted along with a summary of all comments.
