Chapter Number and Rule Title: 10-144 C.M.R. Chapter 101, MaineCare Benefits Manual (“MBM”), Chapter II, Section 97 Private Non-Medical Institution Services
Concise Summary:
The Department of Health and Human Services adopts Chapter II, Section 97 to rename and improve the Therapeutic Foster Care service and to comply with the State of Maine’s December 20, 2024, settlement agreement with the United States of America (U.S. District Court, District of Maine, Case 1:24-cv-00315-SDN) regarding enhancements to the Department’s children’s behavioral health services.
