Follow up Training Requirements for Children’s Behavioral Health Homes (BHHs) Coordinators and Children’s Targeted Case Managers

On December 15, 2025, we sent an e-message about all BHH Coordinators and Children’s Targeted Case Managers requirement to complete Wraparound Planning Principles (WPP) Training by January 31, 2026, as part of the Department of Justice Children’s Behavioral Health Services Settlement Agreement.

As follow up, please see the instructions for fulfill this requirement:

  1. Create a Profile:  Visit https://innovations.myabsorb.com to create a profile. 
  2. Request Training Approval: After creating your profile, email the Help Desk at innovationshelp@uconn.edu  identify yourself as a Maine provider and request approval for Wraparound training 
  3. One the helpdesk has approved the request you may access the online training 
  4. Complete all three required self-paced trainings, in the following order:   
    1. Wraparound Implementation Center (NWIC): Wraparound Overview 
    2. NWIC: Team Roles in Wraparound  
    3. System of Care (SOC) Module 1: An Introduction to SOC 

Each module is self-paced and may be completed on your own time. While modules take approximately one hour on average, the actual time to complete each module may vary depending on individual learning needs and pace.
