CORRECTION to Section 65 Rates for January 1, 2026

MaineCare identified an error in the calculations for Section 65, cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) rates that were recently implemented with an effective date of January 1, 2026. The fee schedule also reflects this error.  

An updated fee schedule will be available on the rate setting page of the Health PAS Online Portal by tomorrow, January 6th. The “modified” column identifies when each fee schedule was last updated.  

We anticipate updating the rates for billing by January 14, 2026. We will send an additional e-message to confirm implementation and provide adjustment billing guidance.
