Attention Section 25 Dental Providers: HealthPAS Online Portal Direct Data Entry (DDE) Claims Submission Issue, TR 116587

MaineCare dental providers may be experiencing claims submission issues with the HealthPAS Online Portal that affects the ability to submit multiple service lines on claims. We anticipate the issue will be resolved by the end of the month and will send another message at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Until the issue is resolved, providers who have multiple service lines on DDE dental claims can follow these steps to submit claims:  

  1. Submit claims with one service line  

  1. After the claim is adjudicated, reopen the claim to add additional service lines  

  1. Once edits are complete, please save the claim 

Please allow time for processing after you save the claim.
