Traffic Sensor Work on I-95 in Sidney

SIDNEY - The Maine Department of Transportation will be working on traffic sensors on I-95 in Sidney from Monday, July 20th through Tuesday, July 28th. These sensors allow MaineDOT to accurately count the number of vehicles using this part of the interstate throughout the year. The project area is 0.7 mile north of the Lyons Road Overpass in Sidney. This work will require some interstate lane closures. Those closures will happen on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. No work will happen on Friday, July 24th or during the weekend. Please pay attention and be careful as you're driving through our work zones.
