WALDOBORO, Maine ? A portion of Route 32 in Waldoboro will be closed on Wednesday, August 17, in order for MaineDOT maintenance crews to replace a failing culvert.
Crews will replace a culvert approximately three miles south of Route 1, just south of the Ledges Circle and Dutch Neck Road intersection. Traffic will be directed onto Ledges Circle in order to bypass the area.
Crews plan to close the road to through traffic at 6 a.m. Wednesday, and if construction proceeds as planned, reopen the road by 7 p.m. that evening.
