Waterville ? On Monday, August 31st, crews will begin night paving work on the Messalonskee Stream Bridge located on I-95 in Waterville. Work will be performed on the northbound lanes and will result in intermittent lane closures from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am. The paving is expected to be completed by September 6th.
