Emergency Drainage Repairs in Farmingdale

Farmingdale ? Crews will be performing emergency repairs to an underground drainage structure that has partially washed out a section of road at the junction of Northern Avenue and Route 201, just north of the Gardiner town line.

Work will begin at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday, June 19th). Two lanes of traffic will be maintained throughout the day. Starting at 8:00 p.m. crews will initiate one lane of alternating one-way traffic controlled by temporary traffic signals.

Traffic will be back open to two lanes on Friday morning by 7:00 a.m. as crews will work through the day, with no work scheduled Friday evening.

The project will be completed by paving this area through the day on Saturday.
