BANGOR, Maine -- Motorists who utilize outer Broadway Street (Route 15) in Bangor need to be aware of an upcoming bridge construction project that begins on August 15 and could cause possible delays.
Crews will be replacing the traveling surface on the Parker Brook Bridge, which is located on Broadway Street (Route 15), one-half mile south of the intersection of the Finson Road and Route 15.
Construction is expected to begin on Monday, August 15, and continue through Friday, September 9. During construction, there will be one-way alternating traffic over the bridge, regulated by temporary signal lights.
