Attention Provider Type 92 Early Childhood Providers, CR 71822

In the coming months, MaineCare will require accurate certification information for Section 92 providers prior to approval of their enrollment case. Certification dates in the provider’s enrollment case should match the certification end-date to ensure claims are paid appropriately.   

Providers will receive a certification letter with the approval date range from the Maine Department of Education and you will be allowed a 60-day grace period to add this date range. After 60 days, we will end date the contract if you have not submitted a certification date range. MaineCare will notify you in a subsequent e-message when the 60-day grace period starts.
