Attention Behavioral Health and Targeted Case Management Providers - Behavioral Health and Targeted Case Management Supplemental Payment Reporting

As a follow-up to our June 21, 2022, e-message regarding Behavioral Health and Targeted Case Management supplemental payments for providers of:

  • Section 13, Targeted Case Management;
  • Section 17, Community Support Services, Assertive Community Treatment; and
  • Section 65, Behavioral Health Services, Outpatient Therapy and Home and Community- Based Treatment.

This e-message is to inform you that the Department reporting portal is live for providers to access to fulfill their reporting requirements for these payments. Providers who have received $5,000 or more under these supplemental payments need to complete the reporting form before July 28, 2023; providers who received less that $5,000 do not need to complete this reporting. The names of providers who received at least $5,000 under this June 2022 Behavioral Health and Targeted Case Management supplemental payment are pre-populated in the reporting portal.

This portal will collect the information providers are required to report, as described in the previous e-message: (1) a description of how they used the payments, (2) changes in staff turnover rates between July and December 2022, and (3) changes in staff capacity between July and December 2022.
