Maine At-Risk Child Care Program Rules - Repeal

The Department adopts the repeal of 10-144 C.M.R. Ch. 610; Maine At-Risk Child Care Program Rules. This rule has been replaced by 10-144 C.M.R. Ch. 6, Child Care Affordability Program Rules administered by the DHHS, Office of Child and Family Services. 10-144 C.M.R. Ch. 610; Maine At-Risk Child Care Program Rules is considered obsolete, and the Department adopts the repeal of this rule.

This rule will not have an adverse impact on municipalities or small businesses.
