NOTICE OF CONTROVERSY FORM (WCB-9) FORM CHANGE

In light of recent statutory changes, the Maine Workers’ Compensation Board has updated the language in Box 22 of the Notice of Controversy. Please begin using this new version of the NOC as soon as possible, but no later than February 1, 2020

MEDICAL FEE SCHEDULE UPDATE - Effective 1/1/2020

In accordance with 39-A M.R.S.A. Section 209-A, the annual update has been completed. The Professional Fee Schedule/Appendix II and the OP Facility Fee Schedule/Appendix IV have been updated for dates of service on or after 1-1-20. ADMINISTRATIVE FUND ASSESSMENT - FISCAL YEAR 2020

The FY 2019 Annual Reconciliation form is available as a fillable PDF here.

On May 21, 2019, the Board of Directors voted to adopt an assessment rate for insurers of 2.76% for Fiscal Year 2020 beginning on July 1, 2019.  Assessment letters for insurers and self-insured employers will be mailed shortly and payments are due by June 7, 2019.
