In response to concerns regarding COVID-19, the Board is working to strike an appropriate balance between conducting business and supporting social distancing. Please note our operational changes:
-Troubleshooting is being conducted only by phone.
-Mediations are being conducted only by phone.
-Hearings are being conducted by phone or remote technology (Zoom). (Please see the COVID-19 FAQ (PDF) for more information)
-The Central, Regional and Advocate offices are closed. Limited staff is available to receive mail, deliveries, and Board filings.

FY 2023 ANNUAL ASSESSMENT – NEW RATES
