Trading Partner Documents

The trading partner documents on this page must be filled out, sent to and approved by the WCB prior to any claims or proof of coverage filings via EDI. All new trading partners must pass testing requirements before being approved for production status. The completion of the trading partner documents is the first step in the process.

The Maine Electronic Trading Partner/Transmission Profile as of 3/7/2022 (Fillable PDF document) document provides pertinent information about the receiver, sender, and transmission protocol.

The Maine Electronic Partnering ID List as of 11/16/2021 (Fillable PDF form) contains a list of entities that the Trading Partner will submit claims for.

The Claim Administrator Address List as of 7/14/2021 (Excel file) is an Excel document that contains the addresses for all offices from which claims are administered.
