Town Hall Sessions to Support Alternate Electronic Visit Verification (Alt EVV) Systems

To support providers who intend to utilize an alternate/third-party vendor to meet EVV requirements, we are offering a series of Town Hall Sessions facilitated by Sandata’s Technical Support Team. These Town Hall Sessions are geared toward third-party vendors, but any provider delivering services subject to EVV requirements is welcome to attend.

We are pleased to announce that Sandata is offering foreign language Quick Reference Guides for the Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC) application on the Sandata On Demand learning platform. These Quick Reference Guides are available in the following languages:

Attention Children’s Residential Care Facility (CRCF) Providers

CRCFs, also referred to as Private Non Medical Institution (PNMI) Appendix D facilities, serve children with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and children with co morbid diagnoses and treatment needs. MaineCare Benefits Manual Chapter II, Section 97, Appendix D identifies CRCFs as either having an Intellectual Disability/Developmental Disability (ID/DD) or Mental Health (MH) model of service.
