Maine Revenue Services (MRS)Tax Compliance And Tax Collection Telephone Assistance Closing At 12:00 Noon Friday, October 8, 2021
 

Due to a system upgrade, MRS tax compliance and tax collection telephone assistance will close early at 12:00 noon on Friday, October 8th (normally close at 5:00 p.m).  This early closure will affect Business Collections at (207) 624-9595, Income Tax Collections and Liens at (207) 621-4300, and the Tax Compliance Unit at (207) 624-9647.  Normal tax compliance and tax collection telephone assistance hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. will resume on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.

Other MRS telephone taxpayer assistance hours will not be affected by this early closure on Friday, October 8, 2021 (Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon state-recognized holidays excepted).  All MRS telephone and email contact information is available at:  www.maine.gov/revenue/about/contact.
