What you need to pay online.
Welcome to the City of Portland's Online Parking Ticket Payment Service. This online service makes it possible for you to pay your parking tickets in one simple transaction. This service is provided by a third party working in partnership with the State of Maine. The total amount you pay includes funds to develop, maintain and enhance the State's official web portal, Maine.gov, and Maine.gov online services like this one.
Online payments are accepted by Visa or MasterCard only. All payment transactions are performed through secure Internet servers.
Items you will need before getting started:

vehicle license plate number
or

parking ticket number Canadian customers can ONLY look up and pay tickets by ticket number
and
- your Visa or MasterCard number and
expiration date
If your vehicle has been towed or immobilized
(booted),
you must pay in person at City Hall, 389
Congress Street, Treasury Division, room
102 or by credit card over the phone (874-8860).
Treasury hours are Monday through Friday
9:00 am - 4:30 pm. After hours, weekends
and holidays please go to the Police Department,
Information Desk, 109 Middle Street (874-8517)
where payments may be made in cash only.
NOTICE: IF YOU ARE PAYING A PARKING TICKET
EITHER ONLINE OR IN PERSON AT CITY HALL,
THERE IS A DELAY OF TWO BUSINESS DAYS
TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT AND UPDATE THE
PARKING VIOLATION RECORDS.
THE CITY SHALL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY
FOR ERRORS MADE BY PERSONS PAYING TICKETS
