Start Page
If you are a returning user you may enter in your credentials. If you are new user you may create an account by clicking the "Create a New Account" button. -
Create a New Account Step 1
You will be presented with 3 questions. Answer the questions and click "Next". You must answer Yes to at least one of these questions to proceed. -
Create a New Account Step 2
Here you may create a username and fill out your Contact Information and Business Information. Instructions to set up your password will be emailed to the email address you provided. -
Create a New Account Step 3
An account has been created for your business, and you will receive an email with instructions on how to set your password -
Home Page
This pages allows you to see your recent transactions and any incomplete transactions. For incomplete transactions, you will have the option to continue with the transaction or delete the transaction.You will also be able to register labels by clicking the "Register Labels" button, if you indicated the at you were a Pickup Agent or an Initiator of Deposit you will be able to obtain licenses by clicking on "Obtain Licenses".
In the menu box in the right column, you are able to Manage Product Labels, Manage Licenses, and view your Transaction History.

Register Labels → Initiator of Deposit and Contracted Pickup Agent
Choose the Initiator of Deposit and Contracted Pickup Agent for the labels you wish to register.***IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS*** You must complete a separate transaction for any of your products that have a different Initiator of Deposit and/or a different Pick Up Agent.

Register Labels → Add Container Labels - Manual Upload
Here you can manually enter in your product labels. If you wish to batch upload your products, you can do so by clicking the "uploading a batch file" link on the page.If you Save and Exit, you will be brought back to the Home Page and your incomplete transaction will show up in the Incomplete Transaction table. (You do not have to check the box and enter your name if you are saving and exiting.)
Before you can continue on to the next step, you will have to check the box and enter your name in the signature box.

Register Labels → Add Container Labels - Batch Upload
Before you batch upload your product labels, please be sure that your file matches the format that is shown in the template file that is linked on the page. If you do not have the correct format your file will not upload. -
Register Labels → Obtain a License
If you indicate that you are the Initiator of Deposit for any products you will be required to purchase a license. If you did not indicate that you are the Initiator of Deposit for any products, you will not see this page. -
Register Labels → Review
This page allows you to review all of the information you have supplied to ensure its accuracy. -
Register Labels → Payment
This page requires that you supply a valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX credit or debit card number as well as billing information. Your card will be charged immediately. -
Register Labels → Confirmation
The confirmation page will give you your confirmation number for your transaction. Your transaction will now show up on the Home Page under the Recent Transactions table. -
Obtain Licenses
If you indicate that you are the Initiator of Deposit for any products you will be required to purchase a license. This will be the screen you see if you click on the "Obtain Licenses" button on the Home Page. -
Manage Account Information
This page allows you to update any of your information, as well as reset your password. -
Manage Products
This page will list all of your products, you are able to view your products in a pdf. If you click the "Add a Product" button it will take you through the Register Labels steps. -
Manage Licenses
This page will list all of your licenses, you are able to view your licenses. If you click the "Add a License" button it will take you through the Obtain License steps. -
Transaction History
This page allows you to view all of your transaction, you may enter search criteria in order to find a specific transaction. Clicking on the "View Certificate/Product List" will open up a pdf of your certificate and products. -
Transaction History → View Transaction
This page allows you to view your transaction details. You may renew items in this transaction.
