Welcome to the State of Maine Online Absentee Ballot Retrieval Service
The Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) Act provides for the electronic transmission of blank (unvoted) ballots to Uniformed Service and Overseas voters. If you opted to receive your absentee ballot electronically, you were provided with a username and password when your request was processed by the Elections Division of the Secretary of State. If you do not have your log in information, please contact the Elections Division at 1-888-VOTESME or UOCAVA.CEC@maine.gov.
Please follow the instructions included with your printed ballot and affidavit. Return your signed affidavit and completed ballot as soon as possible to ensure that it arrives by 8:00 p.m. EDST on Election Day.
