- NO out of state checks
- Proper name, address and phone number included:
- Full legal name
- Mailing Address
- Physical Address if different from the mailing address
- Phone number including area code
- Check must be signed
- Check must be for the exact amount and the written amount must match the numeric amount
- No 3rd party checks accepted
- Checks made out in excess of $500 must be verified with the bank before tickets are issued
