Kristi Mathieson, D-Kittery, to clarify eligibility and repayment issues with the Government Shutdown Loan Guarantee Program. The program encourages Maine lending institutions to voluntarily offer interest-free loans to eligible state and federal employees during shutdowns lasting more than seven days.
