This OGC-compliant web mapping service (WMS) provides 2011 aerial orthophotos at a resolution of 1 foot for Skowhegan, Maine. Using the color aerial photography obtained for this project, Sewall created seamless geo-referenced orthomosaics with a 1-foot pixel resolution, cut to 5000' x 5000' grids in TIF/TFW format at 1ft pixel resolution. Deliverables were in Maine State Plane Coordinate System, NAD83 US foot projection, accuracy to be comparable to USGS topo quad ±50 feet.

The tif files provided by Sewall were used as the source for this OGC-compliant web mapping service (WMS). The tif files are resampled to create overview TIFs and those provided in a MapServer-based environment.
