This OGC-compliant web mapping service (WMS) provides half-foot color orthophotography of the City of Bangor, Maine. Photo Dates are November 2009, with a re-fly in the downtown area in April 2010. Vendor for these orthophotos (as well as a concurrent planimetric mapping project) was James Sewall Company of Old Town, Maine.
Credit should always be given to the data source and/or originator when the data is transferred or printed.
Users must assume responsibility in determining the usability of this data for their purposes. Digital maps retain the accuracy of their source materials.

The tif files provided by Sewall were used as the source for this OGC-compliant web mapping service (WMS). The tif files are resampled to create overview TIFs and those provided in a MapServer-based environment.
