Frank J. Wood Bridge Inspection Work

BRUNSWICK-TOPSHAM - The Maine Department of Transportation will be performing a routine safety inspection of the Frank J. Wood Bridge that connects Brunswick and Topsham. The work will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 17th and could run as late as 7:00 p.m. During the inspection work, traffic will be allowed from Topsham to Brunswick, but traffic from Brunswick to Topsham will be detoured using Routes 1 and 196. This bridge is inspected every two years. Its last inspection was in September 2017.
