1. To procede in a linear fashion, click the small play button on the control bar, or the large play button in the center of the video window.

Since this online training program is web based, it can be used on any device that is capable of running most web browsers. It utilizes video streaming technology, so your device will need access to the internet and meet the following prerequisites:
