The Annual Open Enrollment period for the Health, Dental, and Vision  insurance benefit plans begins Thursday May 9^th, 2024, and will close Thursday May 23^rd, 2024, at 4:30pm. This is your opportunity to add or remove dependents as well as make any necessary changes to your insurance benefits. Changes made during open enrollment are effective July 1^st, 2024, through June 30^th, 2025, provided that your application and required documentation (if applicable) was received by 4:30PM, Thursday, May 23^rd, 2024.

This year is a passive enrollment. This means if you wish to keep your Health, Dental, and Vision benefits as they are, with no changes, you do not need to complete an application. Please still take this time to review your current benefits and dependent(s) coverage.

Please note that all applications and supporting documentation must be submitted using our digital enrollment form. The form will be linked here as of May 9^th, 2024.

2024-2025 Benefits: 

Health Plan

• Updated Premiums (Will be posted Monday, May 6th)
• The copay amounts for in-person office visits, walk-in clinics, emergency room, and prescriptions* will remain the same. 
• Carrum is a feature of your health benefits that gives you access to the top surgeons in the nation. As of July 1st, 2024, the Carrum Health Benefit now includes optional Oncology resources.
• Infertility coverage enhancements
  • Removal of the $20,000 lifetime limit per An Act to Provide Access to Fertility Care P.L. 2022, Chapter 692 (130th L.D. 1539)

• The State of Maine will be changing its Pharmacy Benefit Manager from MedImpact to Capital RX for prescription management as of July 1st, 2024. New pharmacy coverage cards will be mailed to subscribers.

Dental Plan

• Anthem Blue View Vision will be replacing Aetna Vision Preferred as plan administrator as of July 1^st, 2024. If you wish to keep your vision benefits as they are, you do not need to complete an application during this Annual Open Enrollment period. New vision coverage cards will be mailed to subscribers.
