Maine EMS and the MDPB are excited to release the 2025 Protocol Formulary to help support the December 1 2025 Maine EMS Prehospital Treatment Protocols. The formulary is in two formats (Excel and a PDF) but contain the same information. The files are below and can also be found on the Protocols page of the Maine EMS website. If there is any discrepancy, please rely on your current Maine EMS Protocols. If there are any questions on medication dosing during EMS responses, please utilize OLMC.
