Water Quality Certification
On May 9th, 2024, the Department issued a Water Quality Certification (WQC) for the federal licensing and continued operation of the existing Green Lake Hydroelectric Project. The Project is located on Green Lake and Reeds Brook in Hancock County, in the City of Ellsworth and Towns of Dedham and Otis.
